Mission Statement: To work with District 4 to ensure that duplicate and invalid records are removed and/or archived from the registry; update the GHFL application for voting membership to ensure that it is consistent with the GHFL's most recently amended Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation; and establish registration, validation, retention, and review procedures that will ensure the ongoing integrity of the GHFL's registry system.

Report: (November 2025)  Updating the membership list by re-registering eligible members and ensuring a three-year member term per our amended Bylaws.
